— Contents: Customer can choose our current size and color of the plastic cubes in our stock, or the custom dimension and color as the design, and decide the quantity to be a set.

Custom Board Game Plastic Cubes Producing Process:

We have the standard plastic cubes in stock, 8mm, 10mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, any color is available.

If to make customized size and shapes of the cubic tokens, the process is like bellow.

1. Customer send us the design of the custom board game plastic cubes, we will first check the detailed requirements, like the material, color, quantity, packing case etc, and to arrange raw material in advance.

Artwork file format can be .CDR. STL. STEP, STP, any other 3D formats.

Plastic material selection: PS, ABS, PVC, Acrylic, each with its characteristics.

2. Make free samples, which are without printing, for customer to inspect the shape, size, and color of the board game plastic cubes.

3. When raw material comes to our warehouse, our professional QC will inspect the material carefully.

Before molding, the raw materials must be dried at our specific drying room.

When raw material are dried, the color master batch are added to make the color to be designated.

4. Moulding and cooling.

When the cubes are come out from the mold, they are put into water to cool down and strengthened.

5. Packing.

Each set of the plastic cubes are packed in an OPP bag, or customized packing.
