High Precision Punch Cut Cardboard Tiles for Custom Board Game Characteristics: Firm, low deviation double sides coating with low deviation cutting.

It’s very important to make sure the front art paper and back art paper are coated without deviation. Usually, large deviation will result in a poor board game playing experience.

In Game Doer, we can guarantee cutting deviation within 0.5mm.

How ?

First, we build die cutting tool when printed paper are totally dried, without anymore shrink. In this way, the die cutting tool can be 100% accurate in cutting dimension.

Second, the die cutting tool we use are imported, which has higher quality and much more durable even after thousands of cutting. It doesn't dull at all.

Third, we make mass production die cutting, after 20 hours but within 36 hours when art paper are printed. And our advanced fully automatic coating machine can do all this.

Finally, combined with our unique coating technique which is by accumulated experience for over 11 years’ custom board game producing, we can control the deviation of cutting within 0.5mm

Cardboard Tiles Material: Art Paper + 1.0mm / 1.5mm / 2.0mm / 2.5mm gray cardboard.

For the backside of the cardboard tiles, it can be laminated with black special paper, art paper, CCNB or just keep as the original color of gray cardboard.

Customers will decide what thickness of gray cardboard they need to produce the game board.

From 1.0mm to 2.0mm are the most commonly used.

And high density cardboard and normal density cardboard for selection.

Usually, thicker of the gray cardboard, the heavier and stronger of the tiles board.

Application :

Customer will decided if they would like the cardboard tiles to be single side printed or double sides printed.

For single side printed cardboard tiles, the backside of the gray cardboard will usually laminated with black special paper to make it durable and superior touch feeling.
